I write this as Treasurer of a six-building townhome condominium association, and I do not hand out endorsements lightly. Our board is accountable to every owner for how their money is spent, so I evaluate vendors on performance, price discipline, and honesty. TG's Landscaping has excelled on all three. We brought TJ and his team in to replace a landscaping program that was, candidly, poorly managed. Within a single season they turned it around completely. What we have now is a fully executed, well maintained, professionally run program across the entire property, on schedule and without the board chasing anyone. What separates this vendor from the field is judgment. TJ is cost conscious and genuinely thoughtful about resource management, which matters enormously to an association operating on a fixed assessment budget. He understands what a board needs and when it needs it. As we scaled into several different capital and maintenance projects, his flexibility and guidance made the work far smoother than it had any right to be. The masonry work has been top notch. The pricing has been fair, and the cost structure has been completely transparent from the start. No hidden charges, no surprise line items, no funny business. For anyone who has sat on a board and opened an invoice with a knot in their stomach, you understand exactly how rare and how valuable that is. TJ is accessible, responsive, and a real asset to our community. From tree trimming to planting 10 foot Hemlocks they customize your yard to your design. I have been with TG's for over 5 years and I have one of the best sites on the block thanks to TG,s Landscaping. They do quality work at a fair price.
